Once again Bacchanal was in the air and on Sunday the Hedonistic vibe was expressed and felt by persons - from all walks of Jamaica. Beginning at 5 am, I started rendering my services as makeup. With sleep still in the eyes from a long night before, my adrenaline came from having to work and doing what I enjoy and love doing the most. So by 5:30 am, after 3 cups of coffee the lethargic feeling had passed.
Most of my new clients this year were corporate and first timers to carnival and also had a carnival veteran. But I always look forward to my repeat clientele from Hillel High School. Youth and exuberance are always a fun combination.
I did not have an assistant, so taking pictures was tricky - as I was pressed for time.
